In the final workshop of this transformative series, we will explore the profound and expansive territory of the heart. This is an invitation to reconnect with your emotions, heal old wounds, and reclaim the magic of living with an open, awakened heart.

• Reconnect with Your Inner Child: Learn to re-parent your inner child(ren) from a grounded and resilient adult self.
• Channel Emotions in Empowering Ways: Transform destructive patterns of self-abandonment into acts of self-love and compassion. We will practice the art of “feeling it, not feeding it”.
• Create a Safe Space for Vulnerability: Embrace authenticity as a pathway to deeper connection and fulfillment.
• Discover the Power of Your Heart: Experience the awe, wonder, and magic that come from living wholeheartedly.
• Cultivate Self-Compassion: Use mindfulness techniques to develop greater love, commitment, and compassion for yourself.

Many of us carry the pain of abandonment, betrayal, and hurt—closing our hearts in an effort to protect ourselves. But in doing so, we shut out a vital part of being truly alive. This workshop offers a path to gently reopen your heart and rediscover the joy, beauty, and awe of living fully.

10 AM - 1 PM: Guided reflections, meditations, and mindfulness practices to nurture and embrace your Inner Child, release emotional burdens, and cultivate a heart that is open, light, and ready for anything, with Melissa Myers
1:30 PM - 4:00 PM Lunch and Free Time
4:00 - 6:00 PM Gentle Yoga, Pranayama (Breath Work) and Somatic Movement to integrate with Glora Whitaker.
