An INDOOR traveling trade show packed with vendors, local music, and fun for the kids!
PLUS — we’ll be set up alongside The Flip Trade Show for an even bigger experience!

Sunday: 11AM - 5PM
General admission is $10
($8 ticket + $2 facility fee)

This will be a family friendly event. No items for sale should require an 17+ age verification.

We strive to offer a wide variety of items and welcome vendors of all types. Local products, services, businesses, resellers, former retailers with innovatory. Men’s, Women’s, and Children items. Food, Fishing, Hunting, Outdoors, Sports, Collectibles, New & Vintage items, Antiques, Artist, Farmers market vendors, creators, and crafters are welcome as well! We are open to anyone, not just businesses and professional vendors. Our goal is to offer an atmosphere nicer than a flea market but not as expensive as the Home & Garden show.

4 booths max per vendor.
All booths come with 2 vendor passes.
Extra Passes are $10.
You must sign in before setting up. Setup will start at 7am Saturday morning. Do not try to set up inside before 7am. You can get there early to start unloading. Prohibited items include anything that needs an age verification. No real weapons of any type, ammunition, fake or counterfeit merchandise, knives/pocket knives, nothing alive that moves including but not limited to animals, (plants are fine). No fireworks, explosive devices, tasers, profane or adult pornographic material, no political/social issue items or material allowed. No games of chance, cannabis related products or any other item(s) deemed by the event, venue or city of Hoover.
All vendors must complete a registration form (a Google Doc we provide) before being confirmed. Approvals will be sent out as soon as possible. We welcome all types of vendors, but will keep the selection of items as balanced as possible.
Once approved, payment for your space will be due within 7 days. A waitlist will begin once categories or spaces sell out.
All vendors are responsible for handling their own sales taxes. Food vendors must compile with any local, county or state regulations.
Please note, refunds are only issued in emergencies.
Southern Trade Days, The Venue or City of Hoover are not responsible for any merchandise. Police and security will be provided for the general protection of the event. It is up to each vendor to police their own space. Please do not interfere with your neighbors' space. Either by entry or vending you assume all risk of property, injury or illness.
