Yoga is a discipline aimed at helping us access our full human potential—physically, mentally and spiritually. Through the development of awareness and the intelligent use of Yogic tools (such as asana, pranayama, meditation etc.), we can tap into our innate wisdom for the betterment of ourselves and the world. This training will help you to understand Yoga as a practice, a discipline, and a way of life; as well as provide an environment for you to better understand your Self. This course provides a comprehensive background in Yoga—designed for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the true meaning and purpose of this practice as well as teachers who want to be able lead from a place of knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
Our upcoming 2026 Yoga Teacher Trainings will take place at our sister retreat center, Aguadulce, in Angamarca, Ecuador (just outside of Quito). This immersion retreat will allow you to unplug and dedicate your full self, while surrounded by the natural beauty of Ecuador!

Location: Aguadulce is a quaint Yoga Retreat Center just outside of Quito and a 45 min drive from the Quito International airport. Surrounded by nature but still close to the city, we provide a space that will allow you to unplug, but also have the opportunity to experience the culture, sights and sounds of Quito, a UNESCO world heritage site. Quito is located on the Avenue of the Volcanos--giving us easy access to extraordinary volcano hikes, waterfalls, rafting, zipline adventures and more. And the stunning adobe studio space and comfortable rooms and gardens will allow you will feel held and supported for all your inner and outer adventures.
