The 2026 Southern Ohio Futsal Classic will be held during the weekend of February 7 & 8, 2026. The tournament will be held at the Ohio University-Chillicothe Shoemaker Center. There will be limited registration for each division, including U9, U12, U14, U19 Girls, & U19 Boys. An age matrix is available in the tournament laws of the game, on the associated tournament page. Teams will all have a three-game guarantee, and the tournament will function as a round robin tournament, with the top two teams in each division advancing to the division championship game. If this format must be changed, a format will be determined by the futsal director upon the completion of registrations and passed along to the coaches for the division in question. Each division champion team will receive a team award, as well as individual medals. Each division runner-up will receive individual medals. Rosters will be limited to 10 players and 2 coaches. Players and coaches will receive free entry to the facility on the games that their teams play; however, fans and parents will have to pay a daily $5 gate fee upon their arrival. Basic concessions and tournament apparel will be for sale. Referee fees will be included in the cost for registration. Teams may possibly play upwards of 5 games total during the weekend. Coaches and parents will be required to sign the liability waiver forms by Wednesday, February 4, 2026. A coach meeting will be held for all divisions on Friday, February 6, 2026, at 6 p.m. at Shoemaker Center/Ohio University Chillicothe.
NO OUTSIDE DRINKS OR FOOD, no exceptions! Concession will be on sale. Players may bring a refillable water bottle to use, as needed. Cash and cards accepted at the door/concessions stand.
