Southern Fried Chicken and Biscuits!

Join Chef Fabi for a super fun evening making fried chicken and bisctuis. Learn everything you need to know so you can make this epic meal at home for your family and friends! We'll be making it all from scratch!

What to expect:

Class will include all instruction, tools, recipes and ingredients.

There will be some demo, and lots of time for hands-on cooking.

Sampling the meal at the end of class or taking home leftovers. Be sure to bring tupperware!

This class will contain chicken, dairy, and gluten.

Chef Fabi has been teaching cooking classes for over 14 years in the Portland area. She attended culinary school 15 years ago and has worked in many kitchens since but found her love of being a cooking instructor along the way. Chef Fabi was born in Mexico to a Mexican and Spanish family and learned how to cook from her Mama, Fabiola. She now shares her families recipes in all of her cooking classes with you!
