Southern Boone Morning Book Club: "I See You’ve Called In Dead"

This month, we will discuss "I See You’ve Called In Dead" by John Kenney (dbrl.me/1b3). Bud Stanley is an obituary writer who is afraid to live. One night, he proceeds to pen and publish his own obituary. The newspaper wants to fire him, but they can't fire a person the computer system has classified as dead. The ensuing fallout forces him to realize that life may actually be worth living.
