Last year a number of us took part in the Foulness Island Bike Ride which was an amazing experience. This year I have decided to do it again as why not, and I know there are many of you out there that have mentioned it.
Would you like to join my ‘Blue Therapy Active Team’ and keep me company as we take in this beautiful island.
Perhaps some team tops for the day may be quite fitting and something Sarah can design and provide for us all.
