We are excited about this event and it will be like no other event our Downtown Tifton has seen.
--- When = Saturday September the 6th
--- Time = from 10am - 8pm
--- Location = Downtown Tifton at Chino & Letty's Place

--- Sponsored by The Zone Collectibles & More , Golden Corral Buffet & Grill and Fox Foot Crafts
--- Admission will be 5 Non-perishable Food Items per person = 7 years of Age & Up Plus If you bring an extra 5 Non-perishable Food Items on top of your Admission you will receive a Mystery Thank You For Your Support Gift from The Zone Collectibles & More at The Door the day of The Event. How cool 😎 is that.
Kids 6 years of age and lower accompanied by an adult gets in Free (No Items Needed To Enter)
--- Items of Food? Yes Our Southeast Fandom Fair - 2025 Event is a Community Event which will benefit both The Tift Area Soup Kitchen & The Hope Dealers Street Outreach. As well as -
--- We will also be holding Silent Auctions to benefit both The Friends of Tift County Animal Shelter & Tift Animal Rescue Inc.
--- This makes four great Community Organizations being support by our one Event.
--- This Event is Community based like most all the events held/sponsored by The Zone Collectibles and More with it also fitting into Spotlight Media GA Motto of "Where Community Is Key". Also with Admission All Demos, Panels, Adult and Kids Activities will be Free while spaces are available per event.
--- Vendor Spaces are $50.00 each which includes
1-Table, 2-Chairs, 2-Event Badges, & 1-Meal Pass

--- Our First Announced Special Guest is Author Bobby Nash
--- First Sub Event will be Fox Foot Crafts Annual Pokémon Trivia Contest.
--- Our Vendors so far are Fox Foot Crafts, Moore Custom Designs, The Zone Collectibles & More, The Gray Raven. and Phoenix Comics of Sowega with more announcements coming soon.
--- We are excited to have The Last Chance Band Tifton Georgia providing live entertainment to help kick off Our Event.
--- Our Event Shirts 👕 will be made by Moore Custom Designs w/ Event Logo by Fox Foot Crafts
--- The The Gray Raven will be crafting us some Amazing Event Merch .
--- Re-Zone will be making event buttons with artwork by Fox Foot Crafts
---M & K Catering is our first food vendor to come on board with us.
---We will also have Give-A-Ways and Prizes throughout The Day.
--- --- We are pleased to start filling out our Interactive Activities/Panels with a MTG Demo as well as a Dice Bag Decorating Event with more announcements coming.
---Fox Foot Crafts is on top of Our Cosplay Contest and is doing an amazing job as one of Our Sponsors for Our Southeast Fandom Fair - 2025 Event.

How Cool is that. We will also have Limited Edition & Handcrafted Event Merch for sale as well.
