Who will claim the title of Southampton’s Strongest this year…?We are back for yet another round of Southampton’s Strongest Man/Woman, one of our biggest and most popular Strongman events at the Barbell Division!

Axle Clean and Press for Reps
WN - 40kg
WM&WI - 50kg
WO - 60kg
MN - 80kg
MM&MI - 90kg
MO - 120kg
60s to get as many reps floor to overhead as you can!
Car Deadlift n/a
We'll bring out more details when we can, but it's got no engine in it.
Farmers 15m into Sandbag to Shoulder (lighter) into Farmers 15m into Sandbag to Shoulder (heavier)
WN - 45kg & 40/50kg
WM&WI - 55kg & 50/60kg
WO - 70kg & 60/80kg
MN - 80kg & 80/100kg
MM&MI - 100kg & 80/100kg
MO - 120kg & 120/130kg
Fastest to complete the course wins, split times on each stage (first 15m farmers, first bag to shoulder, second farmers stage, second bag to shoulder).
Husafell Carry for Distance (trump, must get 30m with trump)
WN - 60kg on box or off box*
WM&WI - 60/80kg
WO - 80/100kg
MN - 80/120kg
MM&MI - 100/130kg
MO - 130/170kg
No time limit, drop and you're out!
Stone Eliminator (starting)
WN - 40kg
WM&WI - 50kg
WO - 60kg
MN - 80kg
MM&MI - 100kg
MO - 120kg
Round robin style. You'll have 15s to load the stone over a bar. If you do, you move on to the back of the line and wait for the next round. If someone fails in a round, the round goes again. If all athletes succeed in a round, the stone gets heavier next round. Last athlete standing.
