AMION Consulting, on behalf of the South West Wales Corporate Joint Committee (CJC), is developing a new Investment Strategy to help shape how the region attracts and secures investment for sustainable, inclusive growth.

AMION are hosting an in-person workshop in which stakeholders will be

• presented emerging evidence from AMION’s economic and employment data analysis;
• explore key opportunities for investment within the region;
• identify challenges to attracting investment; and
• develop a prioritisation framework for investment opportunities.

Who should attend: developers, landowners, universities, businesses, investors, and partners involved in regional economic development or site promotion.

This workshop is the first in a two-part series offering stakeholders opportunities to feed into the development of the investment strategy. The second will occur on the 20th November, looking at refining prioritisation, key investment themes and sites/propositions.

Transport:

• Parking: There is free parking outside the building. From the car park, head towards the main entrance. We will ensure that there are staff at the entrance to point people in the right direction.
