A friendly meet up for South Wales Autistic Women to walk from Cold Knap to Barry Island and back.
Meet at 11am by the entrance to the car park (see image for meet point). An informal relaxed walk from the knap over to Barry island where we will stop for a cuppa (and/or ice-cream weather dependant) before making the return walk back to the knap. Bring some cash for a cuppa in the café.
Around 6km walking along tarmac footpaths, the walk will include some steps. There will be a break in the middle for rest/refreshment.
What to Bring: Weather-appropriate clothing, comfortable footwear, and any personal items you may need for the walk.
Children: This walk is exclusively for Autistic women and is designed to create a peaceful, adult-only space.
