As part of South Side Socials, we’re bringing you Edition #2 of One Day Maathram, a one-night-only culinary experience celebrating the flavours, stories and food traditions of the South.Join us at Mahabelly, Saket, for an intimate Chef’s Table inspired by Kerala and served the way we love it best: on a banana leaf.The evening unfolds with welcome sips, Kerala-inspired small plates, comforting curries and much-loved classics. Expect Kappa Bombs, Curry Leaf Prawns, Mutton Fry, Kerala Fried Chicken, Meen Pollichathu and Prawns Nirvana.Then come mini appams and porottas, followed by Chiratta Chicken Dum Biriyani and Ney Choru. We end on a sweet note with Kozhukatta, Parippu Payasam and, of course, filter coffee.Each edition is different. Each menu makes just one appearance.One meal. One evening. One banana leaf.
