There are a couple of exciting things happening at the South Shore Bulletin over the next week and a half. FIRST OF ALL - Starting today. You can bring in your student (under-18) with their school supply list - with your name and phone number - and enter it into a draw to win your list (up to $150) and we can do the shopping for you. As well, you can more than triple your chances by having your student play a little cornhole (no parents or grandparents for this one) and earning extra chances to win. This contest lasts until Aug. 22 when we will host our first community hot dog barbecue. Where, again, you can enter your school list and play cornhole there as well for more entries - the more points, the more entries you get.
OUR BBQ - Just a $1 for a hot dog and a $1 for drinks (all proceeds to Souls Harbour Rescue Mission).
