Patricia is passionate about property, and first became a landlord in 1986, a role which has outlasted her qualifying and practising as a solicitor and chartered tax adviser (now retired from both).

Patricia is a full time landlord and small developer who advocates making the best of what we have by “Maximising Property Values”, the title of her podcast, where she shares how to do just that! Patricia will share her thoughts about how the incoming Renters’s Rights Bill will affect landlords, and how That Budget impacts all things property!

Sonja's passion for design and marketing drives her thriving property staging business. 90% of people can’t visualise how an empty space could look, or see themselves living in it.
