South London & Maudsley Strategy Refresh Launch and Annual Members Meeting

Come along to help refresh our strategy and join us for our Annual Members Meeting!

You have the option to join us:

• In person at St John’s Church, Waterloo Rd, London, SE1 8TY
• Online via Microsoft Teams (you will receive login details close to the event)

Registration, market stalls and a light buffet from 4pm if you are joining us in person.

The Trust is now in the final year of our current strategy so we are starting the process of developing our refreshed strategy for the next five years. The process will run from November through to the end of March 2026, and our refreshed strategy will launch in summer 2026.

The strategy will set the priorities for the Trust over the next five years, and we would like our service users, carers, community members, partners and staff to help us shape these. In addition, we will be refreshing the vision and mission of the Trust, and would like your feedback to help us get these right.

At this event we will:

• Launch our public engagement for the strategy refresh with presentations, interactive content, and discussion
• Share progress made in delivering our existing strategic ambitions
