South LA Community Health and Resource Fair

Join USC Ph*rm*cy and It’s Bigger Than Us for a free South LA Community Health and Resource Fair on Saturday, November 21, from 10 AM to 2 PM at 3232 W. Slauson Ave. This is a day of health, food, and family fun for the community.
Health screenings are free and open to everyone. Get blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, and body fat analysis, plus Medic*tion review and dental checks. Complete a health screening and receive a gift card while supplies last, with one gift card per eligible participant. Medicare Part D Open Enrollment evaluations are also free. Bring a list of your medications and a copy or photo of your Medicare Part A card.
Food is part of the day too. We’ll have free groceries, 800 frozen meals, and diapers while supplies last, so bring a bag or cart if you have one. Kids can enjoy the kids zone, and there will be raffles.
Community partners on site will share additional resources and services.
