Person Centered Emergency Planning
Person‑centred emergency planning helps people
understand their needs, strengths, and supports so
they can prepare safely and confidently for
emergencies.
SES Flood Safe Guides
Local Flood Guides provided by the State
Emergency Service (SES) help communities
understand and prepare for flood risks effectively.
Business Planning
This event will help local businesses understand
their flood risks and access up‑to‑date information,
while also guiding them toward an upcoming
planning workshop focused on strengthening
future preparedness.
The ‘BIG MAP’
A 10 x 15‑metre map of the Clarence Floodplain,
used as part of “Big Map” exercises that help
communities identify local risks, hazards, and
practical solutions to strengthen resilience.

throughout the event
