We road this back in September and many people liked it, so we will give it another go! (35 miles, 2150 feet of climbing) We start from the RSD Petco / Living Room and will head East on Willow Glen to Dehesa and stop at the Sycuan gas station rest rooms. From there we will go up Harbison Canyon. When we reach Arnold, at the top, we go right and then up South Grade, past Tavern and Continue to McDonalds. From there we will proceed down Alpine Blvd, left on Arnold, left on Tavern and go down Dehesa back to the gas station and back to Petco / Living room. There is about the same amount of climbing as the Standard Alpine Loop, but it should feel different. If you would like to reduce the distance, or climbing, there are many opportunities for turn offs. Try to plan on spending time to get a coffee, tea, a refreshing beverage or a snack at the Living Room with the group after the ride.
