South El Monte Community Bike Ride + SGV Carshare EV Demo

Join us after the South El Monte Community Bike Ride for an SGV Carshare electric vehicle demonstration!

SGV Carshare is a community electric vehicle carsharing program designed to make clean transportation more accessible and affordable in the San Gabriel Valley. The program gives residents access to electric vehicles for everyday trips like grocery shopping, appointments, commuting, and more, without the costs of owning a car. Through this demonstration, community members can explore an SGV Carshare EV, learn how the program works, ask questions about electric vehicles, and learn about local clean mobility options.

The City of South El Monte Community Bike Ride begins at 9AM and ends around 11AM. Community members are welcome to attend the SGV Carshare demonstration even if they do not participate in the bike ride.

When: Saturday, June 6, 11AM - 12PM
Where: South El Monte Community Center, 1530 Central Ave, South El Monte, CA 91733

The bike ride is organized by the City of South El Monte Community Services Department. Riders meet at 8:30AM and roll out at 9AM for an 8-mile community ride through the city.
