Our spotlight speaker is Michaela Holcikova from Somatic Memories. She will guide a short somatic session focused on grounding through the feet, stability through the pelvis, and release through the jaw, neck, and shoulders. Using simple movement and breath exercises, Michaela will demonstrate how physical awareness affects the way we feel, move, and carry ourselves throughout the day.
