South Asian Karaoke + Potluck (Must RSVP for Seating)

If you (and your guests) love Desi (South Asian) singing, music and tunes; as well as fine Desi potluck; this event is for you!

A good friend is organizing a South Asian (Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Nepali, etc.) karaoke event at his residence in Garland, TX, so I am cross-posting this (as he has his own Meetup group) in an attempt to both draw more people who may be interested in these activities and help this and his own meetup networks grow. :)

Showcase your singing talent. Come make new friends who share the same passion for South Asian music. Whether you are a seasoned singer or just want to have fun, this event is perfect for you. Let's celebrate the magic through karaoke, potluck, laughter, and fun.

For potluck, only well-cooked items are allowed. Or, if you are unable to bring any food, you can contribute $10 in cash or Zelle to the main host, Hanif Nensey. The main host will provide snacks, soda, water and chai.
