Please join us for a potjie cook off.Get your friends together and create a group or just cook your own special recipe.
Please come early enough so that your potjie is ready to dish up around 2pm. No pre-cooking, dishes has to be made from scratch for those that want to be part of the competition. For those who does not own a potjie, you can bring some side dishes like rice or bread to share, or even some poeding if you like.
Please note to bring all your equipment and ingredients to create your pot. You can use coals dependent on Fire bans, so please check with park before. We always use one of those camping butane gas stoves on our flat bottom potjie and works just as good. Please bring your own drinks, cutlery and chairs.
Hi all. We are after 3 independent judges to assist with the judging of those wanting to participate in the comp.

Some details on the judging:
1. Register on the day if you are cooking in the comp.
2. You will be allocated a number
3. You need to present a samples for judging, no more than a cup full
4. It will be blind judging
