During this workshop you will learn
- The origins, history and health benefits of sourdough
- How to make and maintain your own starter from scratch
- How to bake sourdough loaves in a domestic oven
- Other culinary uses for sourdough starter
Each workshop is £85 per person and will include:
- Hands-on learning
- Sourdough scraper
- Sourdough loaf to take away and bake at home
- Sourdough starter to continue baking at home
- A light supper with sourdough tasters
