Missouri workshop: This will be a hands on class where you will learn to make a classic round loaf of sourdough from start to finish! You will go home with a healthy, organic starter and an organic loaf of dough to bake.
The class will be held at Rise Family Chiropractic in O'Fallon, Missouri.

Please be sure you have a Dutch oven at home to bake your bread afterwards. I also highly encourage that you have a digital kitchen scale for successful baking in the future. You will only need to bring a large mixing bowl and clean kitchen towel to class. The rest of the supplies will be provided.
