Hi everyone! I’m Merissa from Book Road Sourdough Co. in Hamilton, and I’m hosting a beginner sourdough workshop on November 3 at The Pale Blue Dot.
It’s a hands-on evening to learn something new, meet other women, and have some fun along the way. Come with a friend or make it a night out!
No experience needed. You’ll learn the basics of sourdough and take home your own starter, banneton basket, bread cloth, scoring tool and recipe.
