Each participant will learn about Functional Food while making a loaf of sourdough bread (that is actually good for you) to take home to bake the next day, along with the knowledge and experience and their own sourdough Mother (that is over 100 years old) to make more.Participants will also enjoy refreshments during the workshop time
WHAT YOU TAKE HOME:
* A tea towel
* A loaf to bake the day after
* A “Mother” to continue baking
Note: There are no refunds on workshops.
