You are invited to a sourdough bread class for a hands-on experience where you will get to sample fresh baked sourdough bread and gain all the needed skills to bake a delicious loaf in your own kitchen!This 2.5 hour workshop will give you hands-on experience with all the key steps of the sourdough bread-making process including:
How to feed a starter
How to mix and shape dough
Understanding bulk fermentation
How to score and bake a loaf
Banneton care
Fresh baked Sourdough bread and more will be served as a snack during the workshop.
Each Participant will take home:
-active sourdough starter
-dough for a loaf to bake in your kitchen
-banneton with liner
-printed Oh Sourdough Beginner recipe and starter care guide
-access to our online sourdough community where you can share photos of your first loaf, ask questions and receive mentoring as you bake at home
Added BONUS:
- the Baker's favorite sourdough recipes
Cancellations:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person with a 24 hour notice to Miriam at [email protected]. We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If that happens, you would have the ability to transfer your ticket to a future workshop.
