Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class is designed for real life, breaking the process into simple, manageable steps that you can confidently recreate at home. Spend an afternoon with Savannah in her kitchen at the farm and discover that baking a beautiful loaf doesn't have to be complicated.
During this 2-hour, small group class, you'll learn:
The basics of how sourdough works
How to feed and maintain a healthy starter
A reliable method for baking a great loaf at home
Creative ways to use sourdough discard, including crackers and an easy sweet treat
You'll sample fresh baked breads, take home your own sourdough starter, and leave with the recipes and resources we use in our own kitchen.
Classes are limited to just 8 participants to allow plenty of time for questions and hands-on learning. When possible, classes will be held in our new teaching kitchen at the farm.
Cost: $57 per person
This is a ticketed event. Advance ticket purchase is required, and space is limited.
