Sourdough Starter Workshop

The ladies from Salt and Light Bakery will be back to teach us all about sourdough starter. How to make and care for your own starter, how to bring a neglected dormant starter back to life, what to do with discard (don't trash it, use it for tasty treats!), and more! Bonus: participants will make a beeswax coated cloth wrap for their bread (it works better than plastic for keeping bread fresh!)
This workshop will be offered on July 21 at 6 pm and held in the Red Barn.
All supplies and light refreshments (made from sourdough discard) will be provided.
Cost is $20.
