Sourdough Class with Kirsten Hatch
September 2nd 5-7pm
Class Type: Instructional, Demonstration + Some Hands-On

Learn the art of sourdough with Kirsten as she walks you through each step of making a classic sourdough loaf. This class includes live instruction, demonstrations, and some hands-on participation. You’ll learn how to feed and maintain your starter, and each participant will mix, knead, and shape their own loaf to take home and bake. You’ll also leave with an active sourdough starter to continue your baking journey at home.
