In this hands-on workshop led by Lauren of Meema’s Sourdough & Co., you’ll learn how to bake a soft, sliceable loaf with just the right tang—perfect for toast, PB&J, or grilled cheese. We’ll cover starter readiness, fermentation, pan shaping, and baking tips so you can turn out a reliable, everyday sourdough loaf at home.
