Want to master the art of Sourdough breads? Join us for an intensive class featuring Macey Merlak of Little Pearl Breads and Bakes. Class will include instruction, demos, and hands on learning. Included with class fee:

Because of the nature of sourdough taking place over a few days, this class will show you all the steps of the sourdough process- you will not be able to see the same loaf from start to finish, but you will get to be hands on with key steps, see demos of the process, participate in the baking process, and get taste plenty of homemade sourdough.
