Tired of baking bread boules? Learn easy ways to give your bread different shapes,
Join Baked@number17 for a focused, hands-on workshop where you'll master shaping techniques and learn to bake beautiful rolls and batards with confidence.
What you'll learn:
- We will watch my video tutorials first
- Then I will have some fully proved dough to shape and to practise on
- We will bake on an open tray with steam
- Tips and tricks to achieve consistent, quality results
You'll take home:
- Freshly baked rolls and batards to enjoy
- A dough to bake at home
- Starter (if you need it)
This class is perfect for those with some sourdough experience who want to refine their shaping skills and explore new techniques.
