✨ SOURDOUGH CLASS ✨ This cant be real?! but IT IS!!
🍋The cost is $30 per person!
This goes towards cost of supplies.
Supplies:
🌼Mixing Bowl
🌼Bread whisk or silicone spatula
🌼Bread Lame(scores/decorates the bread)
🌼Instruction pamphlet
🌼Recipe (my favorite)
🌼Active Starter
🌼dehydrated starter
🌼enough flour and water to feed for 3 days
🍋During the event, I will explain how sourdough helps with gut health and ask any questions that arise.
You will learn:
🌼How to properly feed your starter
🌼Pick a name for it!!
🌼How to mix the dough and what it should look like
🌼How to do stretch and folds, coil folds, and tug and tucks
🌼How to know when your starter is ready to use
🌼How to score those pretty designs
🌼How to keep your sourdough alive and happy
🌼How to bake your bread and find yummy recipes that fit your style!
After our evening ends everyone will take their sourdough home to bulk rise/ferment, and they will score and bake the following day!
And you will gain a group of friends that went through the same process as you. They will be able to bounce ideas and questions off of throughout your sourdough journey! They’ll also be there to hype up all of your pictures!
I cannot wait to work with you and your friends! Feel free to invite anyone you’d like to spend time with learning this wonderful craft!!

💛Payment is due upon registration and is non-refundable, but can be transferred (one time) to a future class if something arises that prevents your attendance.
