Together, we’ll cover:

• How to prep and safely incorporate inclusions into your dough
• Techniques for even distribution without compromising the structure of your loaf
• Timing tips for adding mix-ins during bulk fermentation
• Scoring and baking for maximum oven spring and cheesy goodness

You’ll get to mix, fold, and shape your very own loaf—plus take it home to bake and fill your kitchen with that irresistible fresh-bread smell. This class is perfect for anyone who already knows the sourdough basics and wants to have a little fun experimenting with flavors.
