In just a few minutes, vocal toning can melt stress, regulate the nervous system, and restore a lasting sense of inner peace. Together in supportive community, we hum and tone with live sound healing instrumentation to reconnect with the most powerful tool for calm we'll ever have: our own voices. Think of it like a sound bath from within — only perhaps even more powerful, because we're using our voices to transform our bodies into instruments of vibrational self-healing from the inside out. No music or singing experience needed to receive the full benefits.

🕰️ Time: 6:30–7:30 pm (Doors open at 6:15 p.m. and close at 6:30 p.m. for a prompt start.) ⏱️ Duration: 60 minutes

👝 Bring: A water bottle and warm layers. Chairs, cushions, and blankets are provided.

About Your Guide
Roger Connelly is a certified Tone Circle™ facilitator whose sound journey began at the Seattle Sound Temple and took him across the world—from vocal toning circles in Peru to toning with spiritual groups in Egypt—before bringing him home to the Pacific Northwest, where he found Tone Circle and never looked back. Recently retired after 25 years in the corporate world (including what he lovingly calls a decade as a "spiritual sleeper agent"), Roger has found in this work the beginning of his life's next chapter.
