Perfect for anyone curious about reducing waste and getting more creative in the kitchen, this class will show you how sourdough discard can be an ingredient worth celebrating.
Community Education Workshop Refund Policy: If you withdraw at least one week before the first meeting, you will receive a 100% refund less a $15 processing fee. No refund is given for withdrawals made less than one week before the course starts. If BCC cancels a workshop, you will receive a 100% refund of all fees. Please allow at least three weeks for processing refunds.
