Sourdough Class

Welcome to our sourdough class! In this hands on class you will make your own loaf to take home to bake in your oven. Each student will get a starter to take home along with instructions to maintain your starter to make future sourdough breads. You will also be sampling a sourdough bread in class. All students will go home with easy to follow along directions to make future sourdough loaves. We also provide full support after the class and free starter replacement if needed.
