Sourdough Bread Making (a Little Science, a Lot of Flavor!)Want to learn how to make awesome and healthier tasting bread from using natural ingredients that are so much better for you than processed breads you find at the grocery store?
Come join us and learn how to make your own homemade sourdough bread! In this class, we will go over how to make starter which is the key to dough rising and the science behind it. You will leave with recipes for starter, tools to make bread at home along with your own sourdough bread.
You will also receive a banneton, a jar for starter, and a scraper to take home with you! This class is hands on, so bring your apron!
This class is 2 sessions in the same week, one in which we will make bread and allow it to proof overnight to be cooked the next day.
**You must attend both days**
-Friday, October 24, 2025 (6:30-8pm)
-Saturday, October 25, 2025 (3-5pm)

This class is limited to 10 people and will sell out fast... don't wait to register or you'll miss out.
