Join The Dough Below for a hands-on sourdough class series designed for beginners and anyone looking to build confidence with naturally fermented bread. Throughout three interactive classes, you'll learn the complete sourdough process—from caring for your starter to mixing, fermentation, shaping, scoring, and creating beautiful artisan loaves at home.

Each class focuses on a different stage of the process, allowing you to learn at a comfortable pace while gaining practical experience every step of the way (EACH CLASS SOLD SEPARATELY).

Whether you're starting from scratch or looking to improve your technique, you'll leave with the knowledge and confidence to continue your sourdough journey at home.( START ANY LEVEL OF CLASS AT ANYTIME BY JOINING THIS WEEKS CLASS)

What's Included:

Your sourdough class includes hands-on instruction, premium ingredients, use of all equipment during class, a live sourdough starter to take home, printed recipes, and detailed care instructions to help you continue your sourdough journey with confidence.


Class One: Sourdough Foundations

Learn the fundamentals of sourdough, including starter care, ingredients, mixing techniques, hydration, and fermentation. You'll prepare your own dough from scratch and leave with everything you need to continue at home.


Class Two: Dough Development & Shaping

Build on the basics by learning stretch-and-fold techniques, strengthening gluten development, proper shaping methods, and proofing techniques to prepare your dough for baking.


Class Three: Scoring & Baking

Complete your sourdough journey by learning how to confidently score and bake artisan bread. We'll cover oven spring, baking methods, troubleshooting, and tips for achieving a crisp crust and beautiful open crumb every time.
