Immerse yourself in the world of sourdough while indulging in a sumptuous lunch featuring a huge antipasto platter from the Tamborine Cheese Shop.


The platter includes a mix of fresh and aged Italian cheeses like burrata, buffalo mozzarella, asiago, provolone, and scamorza, as well as cured meats such as Italian prosciutto, ham, and salami.

Paired with Australian jams, breadsticks, crackers, olives, local honey, fresh fruit, and more—all made in-house.

Bake Fresh Organic Sourdough Bread loaves

Info: Chef Roberto will bake 2 sourdough bread loaves and show you how to score and decorate nicely your sourdough bread loaf


Mix the ingredients

Info: You will then mix all the ingredients for making a 2 delicious organic sourdough loaves using stone ground typo 1 bakers flour and rye flour


Sourdough Starter

Info: Chef Roberto will explain the science behind sourdough from how to make your own sourdough starter to baking successfully delicious sourdough bread


Learn the secrets and the science

Info: No more guessing after absorbing all the knowledge from Chef Roberto on how to maintain the starter and beyond


Taste and Sip

Info: Enjoy the freshly baked bread with a bit of Truffle Oil and with an Italian Bruschetta while sipping a glass of Organic Shiraz
