You'll leave class understanding sourdough bread basics, plus you'll have a beginner recipe and two half loaves to take home and bake.
You'll also leave with some live mother starter so you can begin baking at home right away.

We will learn techniques in class like:
- starter and mixing ingredients
- stretch and fold technique
- bulk rise
- shaping
- final rise
- scoring
- taste test and inspect a baked loaf + discuss baking at home
