You'll take home one loaf of baked sourdough, 1 loaf of sourdough in a banneton (sourdough basket) ready to proof in your frig and bake in your home oven, 1 bowl of sourdough dough ready to proof on your counter, a jar of active starter and recipes for making many more loaves of crusty, delicious, good-for-you sourdough bread!
