Our instructors will guide you through the entire process, from creating and maintaining your starter to baking the perfect loaf. A starter that’s yours to take home, a workbook/sourdough journal, hands on instruction, samples & facility fee.
Will I be able to make sourdough ?
Yes! Will your first bake be perfect!? Probably not, but that’s okay. We’ll make sure you have the tools and the knowledge to make yummy sourdough!
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! We will provide everything you need for the class.
What happens if something happens and I can’t make it?
We will do our best to offer a refund, however due to the nature of the items and cost of running the class, anything less than 10 days notice will result in a credit to another class.
