Sourdough doesn't have to be intimidating. In this hands-on Hona Goods workshop, you'll learn the basics of sourdough while actually getting your hands in the dough.
This workshop combines demonstration, hands-on practice, and practical tips you can take home and use in your own kitchen. You'll learn how to recognize an active starter, mix and work with dough, develop gluten, understand fermentation, and shaping.
