This is a 101 class to learn how to make sourdough bread. Join us to learn all things starter and sourdough; please note we will NOT be baking sourdough in this class, but you will learn the process, and leave with an established healthy and working starter. You will leave feeling confident in completing sourdough bread.This class is hosted by Daniela Wilczek, of Wilczek Boer Goats and Farm Stand.
The class will be instructed by Daniela Wilczek of Wilczek Boer Goats & Farm Stand. We require a minimum of 10 participants, maximum of 20.
