Join us in learning the ins and outs of sourdough bread making on January 17th at 4pm-6pm++ Designed for “chefs” of all levels.
++ Learn from start to finish how to create your own artisan loaf of bread and be able to replicate it at home!
++ Smaller class size to ensure all your questions are answered!
++ Leave with an understanding of why sourdough functions differently than other breads.
You’ll be ready to bake your first loaf the next day!
Leave class with your own sourdough starter and supply kit ready to start baking your own sourdough bread. The supply kit includes a proofing basket, scraper, sourdough starter, scoring tool, sourdough handbook, and rice flour. The class fee is $75.
