Join us in this fun hands on class making soups to warm you up and nourish you during these cold winter months. Learn tricks to make creamy non dairy soups and sauces, hearty thick soups and stews, light and brothy, cleansing green soup, tomato based soup, and creamy chowders. Bianca loves to give participants foundations to build thier own creative ideas on and this class will do just that along with some healthy twists on traditional favs.
