Soup & Savasana is the perfect event to relax, recharge, and give back. Join us on Saturday, October 19th at 10 AM for a beginner-friendly yoga experience that not only nurtures your body and mind but also supports the pediatric rehabilitation programs at Allied Services. This unique event combines restorative yoga, balance flow, and a soothing sound bath, all set in the peaceful surroundings of the Allied Services Corporate Center in Clarks Summit.Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our talented instructors—Lynn Dzielak and Lynne Duncan—will guide you through a 30-minute restorative yoga session and a 20-minute balance flow, perfect for finding your inner calm. To make this experience even more special, the session concludes with a 15-minute sound bath led by Kristine, designed to enhance your relaxation and help you feel fully restored.
After your yoga session, treat your tastebuds with delicious plant-based soups and hot cider from Throop Soups, the ideal nourishment after a morning of mindfulness.

- What to Bring: A yoga mat if you have one, but if not, no worries—we’ll have extras available!
- Cost: $20 donation, which includes your yoga session and delicious hot cider and soup. All proceeds will benefit Allied Services’ pediatric programs.
Not only will you be engaging in self-care, but you'll also be helping children in need. Your participation supports Allied Services' efforts to provide life-changing therapies for kids with disabilities and chronic conditions.
