Soundtrack Session: Reset & Release

Soundtrack Sessions are intimate, community-centered experiences where conversation, creativity, and music come together to support mental and emotional wellness.

Reset & Release is the first Soundtrack Session of the year — a space to pause, reflect, and let go of what no longer needs to be carried into the months ahead.

This session is centered on men’s mental health, exploring how men experience pressure, stress, responsibility, and identity — while remaining open to anyone who wants to listen, connect, and engage respectfully in the process.

• Guided group conversation and reflection
• A grounding check-in to meet people where they are
• Intentional discussion around stress, expectations, and emotional weight
• Collaborative music creation in the studio
• Space to express through words, sound, or presence — no musical experience required
• Food, snacks, and light refreshments

This is not a performance and not traditional therapy, but it is a therapeutic and meaningful space.

• Creatives, professionals, and fathers navigating pressure and transition
• Anyone interested in mental health, music, and intentional community
• Those who value listening as much as speaking

• This session is designed to be respectful, confidential, and judgment-free
• Participants are encouraged to listen, not fix
• You are welcome to participate at your own comfort level
